Join Oxbow Farm & Conservation Center and Patagonia at the Belltown store location on Thursday, April 18th from 7:30PM-10:00PM to honor Earth Day with a delicious farm-to-table dinner and discussion about Oxbow’s important work in regenerative agriculture.
Lisa Jaguzny, Oxbow’s Executive Director, and Kevin Haggerty, Farm Manager, will discuss the role that salmon have in Oxbow’s conservation work, how the farm combats climate change through sustainable farming practices, and how regenerative agriculture plays a critical role in the nonprofit’s work and mission.
Enjoy an incredible meal crafted by esteemed Seattle Chef Matthew Dillon, featuring Patagonia Provisions and Oxbow’s seasonal, organic produce. Wine from Novelty Hill-Januik Winery and beer from Camp Colvos Brewing are included in the ticket price.* All proceeds from the event support Oxbow’s programming and mission!
