Our first week of summer camp, Mission: Explore, was for our youngest campers, 4-6 year-olds. Our youngest camp weeks are full of the magic–with the littlest campers come the biggest imaginations, and our farm is alive not only with plants, people, and animals, but also gnomes, trolls, fairies, and all variety of rarely-seen (but by no means nonexistent) creatures.

Week two of summer camp was our special, themed week. “Share the Peas” camp is focused on “philanthro-pea”–our summertime philosophy of paying forward the abundance of good produce and good feeling. We joined forces with Hopelink’s harvest team to learn about hunger in the community and to glean leftover produce from our fields for a donation to local food banks.
