Seattle public schoolteachers are staging a walkout on Tuesday, May 19th to protest underfunding from the state legislature. If you’re a Seattle parent at a loss for what to do on Tuesday, we would LOVE to welcome you to Oxbow.

To provide an alternative form of education in lieu of traditional schooling, our farm will be OPEN to the public on Tuesday, May 19th from 11:00 to 2:00 for use by families.

Visitors are invited to park at our main entrance in the gravel parking lot and walk down the road to the farm. Picnic tables are available and our Kids’ Farm and Living Playground area will be free for self-guided exploration.
