More peas to the people

Sugar snap peas are one of the most universally enjoyed fruits of early spring. Our CSA members like them so much that it’s actually a struggle for us to satisfy the demand!

We’ve got a game plan this season to significantly increase yields without significantly increasing field space. We’ve sown this season’s sugar snaps much more densely to shade out weeds and to make better use of the trellises they need to grow. Stay tuned to watch things unfold!
