Meet the crew: Nicole
Our CSA members are so fortunate to have Nicole Novak at the helm of our member care efforts, and we are lucky to have her on our team. Nicole moved to Duvall to work at Oxbow in the brand-new position of Sales and Logistics Assistant. Her job is to work her magic behind-the-scenes communicating with members, troubleshooting issues that come up with your CSA accounts, supporting our Site Hosts, overseeing all aspects of our 4-day-a-week delivery operation, and oh-so-much more!
Nicole is an animal-lover from Illinois and comes to us with a depth of food system experience that is rare for her age, including time spent at Heifer International and her local food co-op — a common grocery model here in the Pacific Northwest, but definitely not in her hometown of Park Forest, Illinois!
Nicole says:
Hello wonderful Oxbow CSA Members! I am so excited to participate in the 2016 CSA season with you! There are tons of amazing things happening on the farm and I feel so lucky to be able to take part in getting the food to the people! I so appreciate all of you supporting local, responsible food systems and am thrilled to be able to help you anytime you have questions surrounding your CSA membership. Please always feel free to contact me via phone at 425-788-1134 or through email at farmers@oxbow.org. I look forward to a great season!
We are grateful for the passion and enthusiasm that Nicole brings to her work, and for all of her hard work and dedication towards strengthening our CSA program.
